Please ask prior to your treatment about individual oils
*Add the (9) Raindrop Treatment (immune boost) oils for an add'l $25.00 feet only

I was certified in Reflexology @ The Wild Rose Holistic College of Medicine 1997 & 1998 in Calgary, Alberta Canada.
For over 18 years I have used this wonderful tool for activating the body's knowledge of healing.
In your session, you will be resting on a comfortable massage table, in a dimly lit room with beautiful relaxing music to help you drift away. My intention is to open up the blocked meridian zones by activating reflexes that are blocked in your body.
By doing this, your body then is able to send oxygen & nutrients to the "dis"-eased areas allowing the healing process to begin.
If you want a treatment that is truly healing and not just a "oh that felt great" treatment then you'll want to book this treatment!
There is no doubt you will come out totally relaxed, de-stressed & rejuvenated.
The Reflexology Association of Canada defines reflexology as:"A natural healing art based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet, hands and ears and their referral areas within zone related areas, which correspond to every part, gland and organ of the body. Through application of pressure on these reflexes, the feet being the primary area of application, reflexology relieves tension, improves circulation and helps promote the natural function of the related areas of the body.
How many sessions are needed? The number of sessions varies and is determined by the client's health and reasons for seeking reflexology. You are more likely to see greater benefits from regular sessions (for example, once a week for six weeks) than if you had a session once every six months. If you are dealing with a specific illness or condition, you may need to have more frequent sessions. A general recommendation might be to begin with a session every week for 6-8 weeks, followed by a "tune -up" every four weeks. You are more likely to see greater benefits from regular sessions (for example, once a week for six weeks) than if you had a session once every six months.
What happens at the end of the session? As with all of the treatments is is highly recommend that you drink filtered water, rest, and pay attention to your body in the next few hours. If you have any questions or concerns, call. Various reactions may occur following a reflexology session. Many of the reactions are positive signs that the session is part of a healing process; other symptoms are indicative of the body's attempts to return to a state of balance and harmony. Symptoms usually last for 24-48 hours.
Reactions may include: Increased energy • Enhanced sleep • Relief from pain • More mobile joints • Tiredness (some clients find that they need more sleep in order for the body to rest and repair) • Skin rashes, pimples, or spots (due to elimination of toxins) • Frequent bowel movements, diarrhea (cleansing, elimination of toxins) • Increased mucus (nasal discharge, vaginal discharge) • Emotional or psychological release
~ WATER ~ WATER ~ WATER! Reflexology is a healing tool that works, you need to flush out the released toxins.
If you're ticklish, not to worry. The reflexologist applies firm pressure to the feet.
Reflexology is also used for post-operative or palliative care. A study in the American Cancer Society journal found that one-third of cancer patients used reflexology as a complementary therapy.
Reflexology is recommended as a complementary therapy and should not replace medical treatment.
